Heating Service
Is your heating system not providing you with the comfort you desire? Are you still cold in the winter? Have you had an "Expert Technician" service your furnace or boiler and they tell you its time for a new system? If you answered yes to any of these questions, it may be time to pick up the phone an call someone who is Knowledgeable, Experienced, and most importantly Honest. You may infact have an old unit in your home, however it does not mean its time to seal the coffin with that final nail.
Air Conditioning Service
Does your Air Conditioning System in your home run all day long? Do you feel as if your unit is not cooling the way it used to? Have you experienced your unit turn off and on several times in a short period of time? If so, there still may be hope for your unit. These symptoms can lead to severe system damage. Maintenance/Repair
So you had a technician come to your home and install your new system. Congradualations on your purchase. However, just because you have a new unit installed and the tecnician said "Your good to go!" doesnt mean it stops there. Both new and old units should always be checked annually to ensure maximum performance. A minimum of a 25 point checklist should be performed. Various readings must be taken from both the heating and cooling systems to determine the systems output. Would you drive your car that you worked so hard to get 100 miles, not stop for gas, and make it to your destination, and not have any problems along the way?
